sorry for my last post which i wrote wrong word carelessly.In fact,there is no more update for the unit RQ0278. The firmware i public before is the latest one.

Jammy, any update on this? Do you have the latest firmware file for 13-RQ0278E-UK so that I can try that see if things have been fixed at all.

Wondered if there are any new solutions to this problem. I have tried reinstalling the above firmware yet again but there is still no change. I dont see the point in sending you a video, as all it will show you is that my camera images are mirrored.

For the front USB dash camera issue, it's the system software bug, there will be a new firmware to solve it.
Hope you can wait more 2 days.

I have a RQ0278 with a front mounted USB dash camera (also pumpkin supplied) when I use the included DVR app, the image on-screen is correct, however the recordings are flipped left to right. Is there a setting somewhere to correct this?
