Hi,
For the steering wheel control, this unit can support the swc based on resistance analog signal.
According to our experience, your car does not need to use the ASWC-1, just find the correct steering wheel wire and connect it to W+1 and W+2, then go to the settings--key menu to learn.
Could you please take some picture to help us check? the not working buttons, and the connection cable included the ASWC-1.

I have an 08 Honda Pilot which outputs digital signals. I use the AXXESS ASWC-1 to convert those signals to a varied resistance.

I have seen that forum already. It is a) referring to a different software interface for a different Pumpkin device, and b) only wiring instructions. I have the unit wired correctly, it just doesn't work. Please advise.

I am using an AXXESS ASWC-1 adapter to send steering wheel control to the device. The device detects some, but not all, button presses and the button programming is not working. I am able to send a button press, then press the corresponding button in the steering wheel control program, it actually says "learning successful", but the button does not work.
