i seen you can get the google playstore fix for the 5.1 android but there is no fix for the android 6 im running so where is the fix for it?? and when will 7 be out to fix all these issues for my radio.. very frustrating
on top of this this radio drains the battery in off mode.. if u dont drive you car for 1 week you start your car and the battery is dead especially since i live in canada and winter is here... so it draws alot of power not just keep the clock set... so i recommend you re wire your car so you have a extra car battery in the trunk of your car that runs just the constant power wire to this battery.. and then the car can charge the trunk battery.. since this is too much i have to keep the battery charger on this battery at this rate for winter

really pissed off with customer service... so that fader still doesnt work in the car.. the google play store tab on the left still doesnt move more then 1/8" out so you cant see my apps... also Sygic the one doesnt work right.. but hte other sygic for navigation same as the Google play store can not move 1/8" from the left of the screen when you tap it.. to pull up the information... still need a fix or something

where i want the screen to dim even darker get it down to 1 not 23 because you see in my video i can turn down my dash as its too bright and yet radio is sooo bright its blinding me i throw a towel over the damn radio... i want to be able to turn the dimming down to 1...

couple issues first off you told me to email the pumpkin support i did that last week they said whats the amazon order number and they dont work weekends... so far i have not heard back about the screen or anything i not impressed with customer service...
2nd... once again the radio wouldnt turn on .... car has been off for since sunday... i started it up today wouldnt turn on i made a video but mentioned it was -2 out well it was +2Celcius... not cold at all it took 20 min of drivng and me pushing on nad off the radio button it finalyl came on... not impressed i paid alot of money for radio especialy to get it to canada.. and it doesnt work... issues like this... and does this unit have a temp sensor? that is faulty that doesnt allow the radio to come on or off... what is the temperature the radio cant turn on... most defective... and if i have to send it in i shouldnt have to pay shipping it hasnt worked right right out of the box...
also i using the Sygic nav map... it downloaded and installed the map... its now 3rd time so far it looses the map on the Radio... you power up the radio and use navigation and it needs internet to re download once again the map 500 meg offline map.. so somewho this radio isnt keeping the data...
havent worked on the blue tooth issue i will n on weekend

1... so far i havent gotten to test much but ya when i do google Voice.. it seems to lock the radios audio right out of the machine you cant listen to anything like in the video and cant shut it off...
2... well if i cant edit the radio.. can you guys please make a Patch so i can click the System Update... to fix the Night Brightness so it goes from 1-100 if i wanted not 23-100 and also fix it so if i press that X to shut the screen off if i turn up and down the volume the screen should stay black.. like any Android Phone works.. you use the volume up and down screen stil stays black
so far i like radio but there is so many glitches i maybe just go with Joying Encar or even pay for the Pionneer... i just disappointed there is more cons now then pros with the radio... no offence just nont impressed even though radio cost me alot too.

well first i emailed the customer servivce but since you guys dont work weekends you wont reply till tuesday since you dont reply sunday day here
but for the canbus ya i had bought one for it. long ago but it burned out for the ACC wire so i ran the ACC wire from the radio to the ACC to the iginition ACC so it shuts off with the key and doesnt let you keep it on till you open the door.. go back old school ways.. radio shuts off when key is off
as for the google voice ya we talked about how it locks up... home button may work.. but Audio is gone... shutting off the Radio Is gone by the button its disabled.. . Radio Video Audio says its playing but the Audio its self is Gone. thats what i talking about its locked up
and what about how do i edit the radio so i can force the Radio night brightness to goto 1-23 since i cant... and how can i set it so when you press the X to shut the screen off but if i adjust the volume the screen should stay off.... how can i set it to do that...
ill have to make a video over weekend as i was going to yesterday but i come down with flu... hope it goes away

This problem should be your can bus box problem,maybe the compatibility problem.So you can try to change a canbus.
About the OBD problem,we hope you also show it in your next video.
About changing the touch screen problem, you can consult the customer whether you need to send the old one back or not?
As i saw in your video, you still can turn the unit back to the home page by pressing the home button or back button when the google voice speech doesn't work.The unit seems not stuck on.
Please notice ,the short press of the power button won't turn the screen back .

ya I even held radio button for 10 seconds and didn't do nothing I was going to pull the car fuse and try again
I just got a differe ODB2 the blue tooth version... it seems to loose connection with the radio when you leave Torq software to go into navigation or so
ya so even brightness of 20 is probably too bright as last night driving in dark 23 is way too bright how do I edit the software so I can change slide it down to even to 1 if not 0 get it to the lowest setting as driving its like a flashlight shinning in my eyes I need to be able to adjust it to 1.. is there a file I can edit to edit this...
also there should be a way when I press the X on the screen shut the screen off driving since the light is blinding me like crazy... that if I adjust the volume knob that the screen doesn't keep coming back on... maybe like Press Power button or Home Button to turn screen back on after you hit X to shut screen off... but even if you can give me file name so I can edit the file to get the Slider to go down to 1 be good.
as for the video problem maybe I not explaining right.
both work will play videos Video button or file explorer... but Like the audio button it will display the list of songs... But the Video button doesn't list the Videos it just automatically plays ill have to make you a new video to explain it..
so if the voice speech is a compatibility issue that means you cant get it to work with the radio.. are you guys going to fix your software to work so it wont lock up the radio?

Regarding the problem that the unit occasionally power off and doesn't power on again,we will pay attention to this problem.Could you tell me your car model? Do you use can bus ?
Regarding the problem of the night display and the fader icon ,in fact the lightness can only lower to 20 minimum,not 0. according to your video, we thinks that some part of the touch screen are broken like the place of the fader icon and the lightness regulating stem and the keypad.You can consider to contact the customer service to change a touch screen.
About the video problem,i see you can open some video files in the video app but not the files browser.
Regarding the problem removing the files/apk to external sd card,did you try to reset the unit ? Or i hope you can show us a short video about it.
About the void speech,we had just get the respong from our engineers that it is the compatibility problem.Hope your kind understanding.

like the night driving brightness needs to be adjustable to Below 23 not stuck to 23 also another user complained about you cant go lower
the Fader Icon you cant click it with your finger.... I also noticed press 1 on the keypad when I setup wifi either u gotta press around or press hard on the screen..
the video button doesn't let you see video file names just plays you gotta actually choose File Browser to see file names to play
the moving apps to an SD card didn't seem to work like your video
the voice speech command still locks up radio again I played with... so u cant shut the radio off

and mine is the 6 marshmellow is this upgrading to the 7.1 OS then and it fix the Fader issue and the night time brightness down to 0
does it able to turn on and off the reverse camera in the OS
and does it fix the Video Button on screen that I can scroll videos instead where you seen no names just auto plays
and I appreciate the help.. first android radio I'm used to the Samsung Galaxy s2 3 4 phones
and I rewired radio to the Heater wire so ACC comes on when key turns on so supplies to Heater wire... and so far knock on wood has not killed battery but I haven't let car stand more then a day but ill get back to you on that by not driving couple days..
and ill try this upgrade its going to take a couple hours to download so ill try it all tomorrow and the moving files to SD card it didn't show up like that on my radio on marsh 6 maybe for the 7.1 it will work that way it wont eat the diskspace of applications on the radio
does the upgrade also fix that No audio and where you seen the radio could not be shut off after using the Voice Speech command does it resolve that issue and that google playstore issue...

should be updateable like Windows 10 updates tells you updates are ready.. or Samsung Android Phones it updates and says automatically updating.. or Updates are Pending,.. so update button doesn't work on the software
