Hi,
please don't flash the firmware i gave you on my last post.They are not suitable for your unit.Forgive my careless,your unit should not be 11-RQ0278. Please tell me the SKU of your unit.The SKU is a serial number which be labelled on the metal surface of the unit and the package.You can try to take out the unit from your car to find it.

I have already tried different zones for radio. But no result.

My friend bought it in Germany and brought it to India.

It's a Intel Sofia unit with 2GB RAM and Android 6.

11-RQ0278E FM radio not working

I have a 11-RQ0278E. It is working fine except the FM radio does not work. Music play works.

I have connected the antenna correctly. I can select radio channels like 93.50MHz manually but no sound. Also I can not scan channels.

The model is Intel sofia 3gr / MTCD_LM_2.60

Is the FM tuner faulty? Please help as I can not return the unit.
