I am having trouble installing a new unit. It will not power up. I have checked the wiring (Batt - IGN - GND). When I press the reset switch, a "Caution" or "Attention" screen flashes for a split second but the unit will still not turn on. I have followed the tech support instructions (Basic Car Radio DVD Stereo Cable Connection) to "Reverse the Lives" and this did not work either. The connections and the fuses in the car are all good because the old unit still works. -- have you any suggestions on what I can try next?
