Installed my new CN10-03303B unit on my Seat Altea Freetrack from 2008 and everithing went well, but know i need some help.

On the steering wheel all buttons work except for the phone ( awsering and end call) :-( went thru configuration and i cant program them either. Is there any solution?! Could it be a fault on the Can Bus?!
