And did you clicked the Sync icon on the radio's BT menu to load the contacts from the cellphone. Would you mind record a short video to show us how you operate it? I have Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ phone connected to this unit:

Phone works perfect via bluetooth. There is one big problem. I can't see any contact from my phone on unit. Phone is set up that contact can be downloaded.
