Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd cards and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

Hello, I recently bought a 7" radio octacore (2gb ram) for VW with Android 7.1.2. and I´m experiencing constant freezing problems when using navigation apps, whether with online or offline maps, specially when using the search function. Some times the app closes and in the vast majority of cases the app freezes. Still I can hear the sound of the radio in the background and the only solution is to reboot the unit. After 2 or 3 reboots I then can manage to use the navigation apps but still freezes again on future attempts. I cannot stay all day rebooting the unit to use the navigation apps and I always end up using the mobile phone, which is not the purpose of purchasing a radio with gps incorporated.

Is anyone experiencing similar glitches and perhaps found a solution to solve this?

P.S. The system version reads v9 2.2.20171025000458_KED3-5 and for reference purposes I bought the unit through ebay with item number 182885612845 / EAN 0607128773962 / Model CN10-03303B+Y0811
