I have tried the above procedure that recommended, but still no display. The unit beeps 3 times fast then 10 sec delay followed by 1 long beep.

Could you please first tell us your order number? You can try to press the RST hole and the power button, hold them about 3-5 seconds, release the RST hole first, then release the power cable, check if the unit will enter into the recovery mode. Remove power and reset the unit via RST button, but still not booting.
When I power on the unit it beeps 3 times followed by 10 sec delay and then a long beep. No display during this.
