you can contact the customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to get the firmware to flash.You need to tell them your order number or ebay buyer id so that they can confirm your order nubmer.

I have a android 7.1 octa core Manufacturer referenceSD01-UK bought from Amazon December 2017. It was working fantastic up untill last week. then all of a sudden when I started car one morning it turned on but when it got to "Android is starting" screen it fails to load and screen comes on black background with apps on homescreen. Nothing now works. No Radoo no apps, please help. Thank you.
