You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit . i suggest you show them an short video to help them understand your query and find the cause.

Everything seems to be working fine apart from the display touch screen which, in and of itself, is also functioning correctly.

The problem I have is that it seems to be frozen/locked in the open position. Pressing the "OPEN" button at the top right corner of the the front panel does not affect it. Powering down the unit leaves the screen out, as does unplugging the unit from all its wiring connections and re-connecting it.

Please can some one advise me as to how resolve this problem.
