The unit I fitted to my son's car is no longer working correctly.

The buttons on the left hand side are no longer doing anything.

Although there are icons on the screen touching them does not start the associated application.

The only icon that does seem to work is the settings icon. He is able to get to the factory reset screen but it then asks for a
password. We've done a search online and none of the passwords we found seem to allow a factory reset.

The unit part number is

CN10-02307B-02A-UK2

Any help would be grateful.
