I had it on a 4GB drive, I have formatted the USB to FAT32. Moved the folder mcuupdate and files update.zip and update.script to the root of USB drive. Connected the USB drive, turned on the car, NOTHING. Clicked on the RST button for 5 seconds, screen went black and when it came back, it just continued with the loop as nothing had happen.

Please help.

Thanks!

Please double check the whole press including firmware download and unzip, power off and restart, the USB stick storage size which should be within 64GB.
Sometime the update will be success after trying several times.

For the unit stuck in loop issue, you can install the update firmware to check.
Here is the link of the firmware for your unit AQTU72.
https://mega.nz/#!UZEQVBZQ!CBGaNF8iqlD3 ... vEpr-ERGfc
Please download the "force update" rar file through your browser, unzip it, then open it and copy the three folder in the root inventory of the unzipped force update file. Please use a USB stick to copy the three folder like the below
attached picture, then plug the USB stick into the rear USB cable.
Power off the unit and turn on it again or just press the RST hole to start the update process.

I turned on my car this morning, and the Android Green Logo came up and then disappeared. It loops in that manner.

My Order ID: 100006287

Please advise on what I can do to get the stereo system working again.

Thanks,
za3toor
