Hi,

Yesterday I went to swipe down from the top of my screen to go into my settings, but the banner came down and up flashing quickly on its own and now doesn't work? I cannot get any touch on the top bar. I have installed and tried a screen test app and there is no touch available on the top bar.

Please can you let me know why and how I can resolve this.
