3.If there are 12v on red and yellow wires,maybe it is due the the cpu board is not touch totally with main board, then you need to open the car stereo and press the CPU board. About how to open the car stereo, pls refer this video

Notice: There are more pins in the main board, please check if CPU board connected perfect with the pins.

After pressing cpu board, if the car stereo still can not open normally, maybe it is a defective unit, pls contact customer service to get further support.
