Could you tear down this component from the old main board to the new main board?

I tryed to do what u asked, this didnt seem to work. Radio works fine when the car is parked. when i start to move, then the freguency goes low. Any other suggestions?

Also one thing what I noticed when I changed the motherboard, that one piece is missing from the new motherboard.
on the picture, on top is the old motherboard, lower is the new one. some piece number 222 from old motherboard seems to be missing. Might this affect radio freguency somehow?

And if this does not help, you can try to use a wire connect the stereo metal shell and the vehicle metal part to make the unit connect to ground.

I did a motherboard change in my android 5.1 radio, because the previous one had a problem with the wifi module.
Now everything works but have a problem with the radio. barely find any radios.
Maybie it needs a firmware update?
