You can contact the customer service to return the mainboard or change a new unit.

If this still doesn't help, please enter into the setting page of the Bluetooth and tell me whether the unit display the device name and pin code.

There is nothing in the list after searching for devices. I've tried using two iphones, macbook and Galaxy tab. Nothing. I've restored to factory default and I've gone into the factory settings and tried every bluetooth mode. None of this works. I try and refresh and reboot but so far I cannot get my iphone (or anything) to connect. What can I do? Thanks.
