Your unit model is CN03-03101. The designed "SEEK" doesn't make anything help functionally.Because this appearance is used to many kind of unit with different configuration.Hope your kind understanding.
For the voice issue, you can use the external microphone to get the better experience.

I would like to know how to identify the model of my car radio from the photos I attach to the attachment, it seems to have understood it to be auto-media but the exact model to have a reference where I find it?
Said this to have information about the mic and the seek in attachment in the photos.
I not having installed the supplied external mic I noticed that the microphone in the picture does not seem to work either if using the handsfree for a phone call or whether I want to do a voice search with google. Is this normal or do I have to do something to make it work?
The seek does not know the operation I do not know if this works or not, so I ask to explain the operation
