What are the options available to me in regard to a refund or an exhange?
There seems to be no other way to rectify the situation: unless there's another update available.
Thanks,

The problems I have encountered though, are all contained in the firmware and firmware customization of this unit. It is perhaps, the buggiest and least reliable firmware that I have ever encountered in a Chinese head-unit.
Here is a list of the problems that I have to deal with since I purchased it in September, 2017:
1. Does not open with the home screen on boot up.
2. My micro-SD card must be removed and reinsterted each time I boot up (a real pain).
3. Some --- but not all --- of my GPS options have to be re-selected in the GPS settings menu. I'm using the "Offline Maps & Navigation (SYGIC) app.
4. The steering-wheel control is very erratic. It will work with the first use but then the function options are unstable; meaning they may or may not
work.

I have installed it into a 1999 Ford F250 and have checked my wiring harness on several occasions --- it all checks out correctly.
I sincerely hope that there may be firmware updates available that can address these problems.
Finally, thank you, in advance, for any help that you may offer in finding a solution.
Fred
