Our unit does not support the wireless headphones.
About the audio level, it's not supposed to adjust the volume with your original Bose amp. Please check if you click Apply and Exit to keep the audio setting when you adjust the volume in the factory settings. and the factory told us that the volume in the factory settings are used for testing and perfect the sound of the functions volume, there is little use at buyer side.
About the beep volume, you can go to the Settings--Sound--key tone to close the beep when you click the screen or press the button. It does not have the setting which lower the beep volume.
About the dual zone function, this unit can support to output the video from SD card or USB to the rear seat entertainment when you play the video on the unit at the same time.
Regards

I installed this unit in my 08 GMC Sierra 2500HD with Bose audio and rear seat entertainment. I finally got the DVD to play on the rear monitor, but wireless headphones have no sound and there is a lot of static in them. They worked fine with the original unit. Sound is coming through the rear speakers. Are there any other wires that need to be plugged in other than the factory harness and the video cable?

Is the audio level adjustments in the factory settings group on the unit supposed to adjust volume with the Bose amp? My DVD volume through the speakers is low compared to the radio volume, but increasing the DVD volume to 20 and reducing the radio volume to minimum have no effect.

Also, can the beep volume be lowered?

Could you do a firmware update that would allow video from the SD card or internal memory to work with the dual zone function? If i can get the RSE to work right and dual zone to work on the SD card am memory, this would be a really awesome unit.

I like this unit, but if I cannot get the rear entertainment system to work properly I will be returning it. This feature is the main reason I bought this unit.
