Regarding the issue you described, sorry about this, cause I had got the feedback from one of another clients who had the same problem as you.
After discussing this problem with the factory technician, they first thought it can be solved by the update mcu version, but unfortunately, the solution can be only operated at their side, even our side could not use the mcu version to solve this problem.
But they provided us another solution which seems to be a little difficult, to replace the old main board can solve the problem.
It's not a good solution for our clients, I understand, so if you don't want, you can return it back to us and get a full refund.
Or you just need to wait for a week to get a new main board to solve the problem, and we can send you the reference video to dismantle the unit and replace the main board.
