Step 1 : Download the the firmware.But you need to send email to the pumpkin customer services to get the link of the firmware. (Notice:Please feedback the order number of the Blu-Ray player to the customer services)
Step 2 :Unzip the file after download the file.
Step 3 :Copy the "UPG_ALL" folder to the USB stick.(Notice: Make sure to put the "UPG_ALL"folder in the USB root directory)
Step 4 :Insert the USB stick into the player,and press SETUP button to enter System->Upgrade->USB Storage,then the player will upgrade automatically. (Notice:Please do not power off and unplug the USB stick during the upgrade process)

If the player does not recognize the software and upgrade after inserting the USB stick,please format the format of USB stick into FAT32, and then repeat step 1 to step 4.

The firmware upgrade of Blu-Ray Player can be operated as shown in the video.
