First of all the WiFi reception is shit doesn't pick up the router 10 metres away. Can a aerial off a usb WiFi dongle be soldered to the wire to give it a bet...

Same issues how about just providing assistance with just the model number not order number as installer's like myself can't always contact the owners to get the order number which no other company does
