Bought this radio last year and it has been so buggy. Crashes, slow, forgets radio presets. I read the is a firmware update, but your support is not well organized. Major bummer. When I play i heart radio or slacker radio the sound is flat and there is no bass. This is really aweful that the equalizer doesn't work with other apps.

I was having the same problem with a BAFX OBD Scanner although it works perfectly with my phone on torque and forscan. Can you recommend an adapter you know works well with the pumpkin radios?
