I have a pumpkin SKU: 11-C0678-US-A that I would like to get a mpa update for. The problem is when I go to the naviextra site to get the update , my product is NOT listed. If needed , my order no. is #100005423

How do I get updates for my radio.

Yes the browser seems to work.

For the last couple of weeks every time I turn my radio on I get the message pop up "UNFORTUNATELY GOOGLE HAS STOPPED".
My radio is 11-C0678-US-A-KN-Y0012 My order # 100005423

Any ideas how to get this fixed so I don't get the pop up message?
