The problem is that in case of any issue if I have the firmware I can reinstall it first straight away and only after that if the problem is not fixed to contact costumer services and ask for help. I have experience on how to flash a firmware but the problem is that I don't have the file.......conta...

I know it's the last one.....I just want to have the file for backup in case on any problems. In case that I am messing something or if any sudden problems.
