unit cost me £200 and its gunna cost me £80 to send back to china what a joke!

what a rip off!!, lesson to all dont buy pumpkin radios they dont last and they try to get you to buy another this is disgusting customer service!!!

i am now being told by the seller i have to pay to send it back to china which will take about 7weeks to send it back, get it fixed and send back to me even though the seller says hes uk based or i have to buy a new one from them , is this the kind of company you are where you sell inferior products...

is it a case of updating or is it broken

the seller is ignoring my emails

tried that but nothing , today i left it on all day and when i came home it was working i pressed a few button and it turned off again , i am very unhappy and the ebay seller i bought it off does not seem to be will to help ,i bought this in april so as you can imagine i am not happy with this product

hi guy new here but need help i have a pumpkin android unit AL-C0241 think thats the right model , tonight i started the car but the unit will not load up the screen just stays back lit , i dont have any button andhave tried to press the rest to no avail please help
