My CN10-01202B doesn't connect properly to the mobile network. Mobile data is turned on and at the top of the screen, the connection symbol is displayed and shows an active 3G connection. I could solve this problem. I've uninstalled the igo app and installed the original (pay) version via playstore. Now it works succesfully.

Everything ok, I solved the problem but the POIs are still inactive.

Ok, I could download the file and reinstalled it. After the installation, the app couldn't locate my location. It seems, as it gets no GPS signal. At the first run, I've got an error message of missing file or empty zip folder.

I installed another browser, so I was able to download this file. I will test it

Sorry, I can't download this file. I tried it a several times but at approximately 50% I'll get an error message
write error, file can't ne downloaded
file size too large
Do you have another option, to get this file?

Ok, but my map has no POIs. If I search for POIs, I get the message: no match found
and all possible POIs are displayed in grey (inactive).
That's the reason why I ask, how to activate them.
