I´m having the same issue.
What is the solution?. You talk about a software update but you don't give the process to fix it nor the software required...
Mine is a RQ0264 model.

:cry: I have the same issue. I just received my unit RQ0264-DE last week and installed it the next day. When I try to power on wifi it doesn't work. It never worked. My unit came from Germany, and I told them to check the unit before sending it to me... Now I can't use online navigators, I can't dow...
