Hi it's Order # 100001939
I'm using an external sub with built in amp. It worked perfectly until I temporarily removed it. I wasn't sure if maybe the unit detected that it wasn't connected and disabled the subwoofer output or something.

Subwoofer very quiet
Hi I have the S07 double din unit, and it worked great until I temporarily removed my sub and amp to make room on a long trip.
