Ok, I just sent another email to customer support. This is my third email with no response. That's why I posted here, I can't seem to get through to customer service.

I've had this installed in my truck for about 3 months, but haven't used it much. I blew a fuse in my truck and tried to replace it, but it kept blowing. I traced it back to the head unit which also had a blown fuse. I replaced that, and it blew again. I unhooked everything and checked all the wires...
