Hi Jammy Just to update you, I've been in touch with the seller on ebay and they sent me a new TV box and this has not cured the problem, they asked to see the video so I've posted that for them to view and they continue to help me. I'll let you know of the out come and thank you for your kind help ...

No worries Jammy, this is a fault of the cars dashboard not the system, I'm purchasing a separate radio mount and will move it to another location as pressing the button to move the screen forward isn't enough. Many thanks for your reply it's much appreciated.

One other thing? What is the card slot for in the back of the TV box?
