The 27-AQVW71-UK-A only has English (US) as a language but I need to have English (UK) as some apps I have installed use the system locale which is US not UK.

The English (UK) locale is not available in the list, how do I get it on the system?

How do I disable the reverse camera, I no longer have a camera connected so don't want it to come up with a blank screen when I put car in reverse.

In the car info units are shown in KM and not Miles, how can I change the units to Miles ?

As you can see from image it even says Driving Mile but still shows value in KM
