By saying upgrade I ment returning the one I have and getting the new one paying the difference.

I bought it to Autopumpkin via Amazon. I guess it's you. Order number 171-8740337-6141116 on September the 2nd 2016. I'd like to upgrade to SKU: CN01-02306B. Is there anyway we could manage an upgrade rather than changing the screen? Thanks.

I thought I had already answered but I don't see my replay so I answer again: I've updated the firmware but still does not work.

Flashed and no change. Touch screen does still not work.

It comes and it goes, I've reset it, cut the power...almost everything I could think of. Sometimes it does work again but then doesn't. Wheel controls work, front panel buttons don't. Reset button does.

It simply has stopped working. Any idea on what to do to solve it?
