12-c0257 ...too many problems
Hi...i installed my new 0257 unit and after a regular work week some problems starts.. 1-after 30 secs of inactivity or no touch...the screen goes off, totally black and so not wake up, the only way is the reset . 2 - I tried several to make a restore but no effect..the system reboot with no changes...
