Car Radio CN10-02201B

The volume knob no longers works and there is no volume coming out of the unit. Spotify etc is playing but all the native apps like FM transmitter, bluetooth, audioplayer do not launch. I have restarted the unit and checked for updates.

is this issue fixed yet? will there be an update for the unit now that a new 7.1 unit is on amazon?

I have the CN10-02201B unit

My 3G dongle is no longer recongnised by the unit where it used to work fine. Please advise further. I have tested the dongle in a computer and it still works fine.

is there no way to make spotify the default music app to keep it playing?

is there a way to access the power saving mode for the app?

I have the CN10-02201B unit.

When spotify is in the background (ie with maps open) the song stops playing. It seems other apps also pause in the background. Is there a way to fix this?
