My unit finds my elm device but will not pair.

The unit is overall very poor quality.

I guess no answer means you don't care about your customers.

Pretty sad, really.

A lot of my fellow campers have asked if the Pumpkin unit is any good, and I have to tell them to buy something else, as there is no support from Pumpkin.

Any answer?
