PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I have the same radio with the exact same issue. First only half part of the touchscreen stopped working, now there is no touch at all.
I already mailed support to ask how to get replacement screen. So it's common problem with this type of radio.

Where can I get a replacment display?

no wires have been cut and the backlight behind te buttons never worked.
my previous radio (Wince) had no problems with button backlight.

the backlight behind buttons are not working. when i enter factory setup and set key light option on, the screendisplay is always bright. when i turn it off the screen light dims when putting on the car lights. the backlight of the buttons never go on and stays off. I have trouble getting my galaxy s7 connected with easy connect app.
I have usb debugging enabled and usb cable attachted.

i get the following error:

I found this post regarding the same issue.

I downloaded and updated the easy connect app on my pumpkin car stereo. But I receive an activation screen after connecting the phone:
