I want my navigation and other third Party apps to restart automatically after fastboot. Is there any way to do that?

Hi, I just bought a DAB+ Box Y0251 and a CN01-01303B-01A. I can't get any Signal in the DAB+ App, only white bars in the upper left corner, and no station after a scan.
