Hi Jammy, Thank you for your reply. I've already tried the steps as per the video that you've shared but the player simply won't boot in recovery. This is what I observed, 1) no sound when pressing RST button 2) black screen no matter what steps i do to get into recovery however, buttons light is up...

Just bought the Pumpkin Android 7.1 quad core from a local car stereo dealer. Pressed the RST button and now the player won't boot.
