Radio keeps cutting out

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where my radio cuts out and cannot locate any stations, then it comes back and it finds stations and works, then it cuts back out again... it gets really annoying. I have checked the antenna plug and it is connected fine. Example: the radio will play for 3 minutes, ...
