Radio have no reaction for RST - PWR buttoms..

Sorry that I'm writing in this theme.
I have S07 and it doesn't start. My car hasn't been run for a month, but before it the radio had worked.
The radio has no reaction to the 'on' buttom, the reset buttom also doesn't work.
Cables are 12V, and the fuse is good.

Unfortunately, The emu computer doesnt have the obd2. Its a stand alone computer. Is there any other possibility to display the parameters. My car is Toyota Supra mk4 from 93'.
