Its a 32gb sd card that i was using and i also tried a 4gb usb, both had mp4's on them. I will try mp3's to see if they work and i'll let you know

I recently purchased a stereo from ebay but i cant get it to play mp4 files using the micro sd card slot or the usb on the front of the unit. The unit recognises the files and folders but anytime i attempt to play them it comes up saying "no support". Could u give me some advice on how to ...
