I was not angry, I was just asking the question.

I understand about protecting customers and not wanting them to void their warranty, I get it. I just thought that Pumpkin was flat out telling people they cannot root these stereos.

I have a few apps on my stereo that keep crashing.

It is probably because Android 4.4.4. is ancient. It is really old and I feel it may be time for an OS upgrade.

However, the thing is... how?

Does anyone know how to upgrade to at least 5.0 or higher?

Please help me understand... If we paid money for an Android stereo, why does your company say that you all do not allow customers to root their devices? I have been in contact with someone from support and they said that units are not allowed to be rooted several times. So again, my question is, ho...

Well Andy, I ordered 2 and they only sent 1 in the box. I am not happy about this.

My mount fits but it isnt as wide as stock stereo. Do I have to buy another dash casing that fits around the stereo or can I buy something that fills in the holes?

So the front facing DVR camera, I want to know what app to use with it. I want it where it always records every moment but gives me the option of keeping the recording or not. If I do not keep the recording, it will record over the same video file over and over until I decide to keep a certain video...
