I wonder if maybe there is a firmware update that can solve this sudden block. If it happened once, it may happen again.However, to respond to Jammy my ebay account is giovr6-73 and I bought the car radio in the Pumpkin shop from Germany.

I tried before doing other things to do a hard reset and it worked, everything went back to work.

Good morning, I bought this model of android car radio 11-RQ0110E two months ago, this morning when I turned it on everything worked including the touch screen but it was black screen.
