Reacntly we encoutner this probelm when rear camera screen freez when we switch gears, it leaves the picture stuck and does not return to other modes. Is there a way to figure what can be done to solve it?

After updating the software it remains the same problem. Color of the buttons Opening and closing a call The phone is left with no color.
