hi Jammy , one other strange thing that happened after i had connected the steering wheel control buttons they all worked ok but when out driving the other day the head unit switched itself on by itself with no one touching "power on" button ? i switched it off but it came back on by itself twice after this , then steering wheel buttons failed to work properly and on the key learning they would not pair properly again , ended up re-setting the key learning and after that the head unit has not switched on by itself again ? , i have not tried to set the steering wheel buttons again after this happened , can this be also related to the other problems i am having ? thanks again for your help .
regards - Tommy

Hi,
For the bluetooth problem, you need to set your BT type as "WQ_BC6".
For the Wifi problem,do you check whether the USB port normal or not? You can just try to use a USB stick .
For the sound and steering wheel control ,please record a video to us so that our enginer can help you solve theproblem.

Hi,
Thanks for your video.
Do you mean everything including wifi, bluetooth, steering wheel control and music sound all normal before installed the reverse camera?
You can try to flash the unit with following firmware.
https://mega.nz/#F!cd1XEQBT!bpFEJtpzJBgi0mYQEWukNA
If this still doesn't help, you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to return to us for repairing.
Thanks for your feedback again

Re: 10.1" android stereo sound problems
hi Jammy , will try to flash the unit and let you know what happens , do not know whether it was just coincidence or not but the sound , bluetooth and wi-fi did indeed work before i installed the reverse camera , i paired the steering wheel controls after the camera was installed and they worked fine at first but do not work or pair properly now , not sure why the faulty camera would have this effect on the rest of the head unit ? what explanation did the technicians give ? , the head unit now also does not save the time and date when switched off but it is correctly wired to the positive and switched positive wires from the car ?if the unit has to be sent back does it need to be returned to China ?

Hi,
it doesn't take long time. Most of the time is the logistic time.
In addition, regarding the steering wheel control problem, you need not to connect to the can bus box.You can just connect the wire "key1"or "key2" of the rear ISO cable to the connector "steering wheel remote" of your car.

Re: 10.1" android stereo sound problems
Hi
I looked into my car (peugeot partner 2014 07) with a Pumpkin 2 din android 7.1 head. If I choose this, I would like to use the steering wheel control and I would need the backrest radar sound.
I checked the CTSPG007.2 (Connects2) for the steering wheel and the CTRPG001 (Connects2) for the parking radar. Do you think this would be the voice of the steering wheel and the parking guard?
Do I need these at all? If so, is there a cheaper but more similar product?
Thanks in advance for your answer
