Touch screen dont work

Hi, my touch screen has stopped working. It started with the screen having
trouble retracting in to the unit, it stops about 30mm before it's inside.
When i reset the unit with a needle in the pinhole, the screen retracts
before it pops out.
Every button in the front works, but i cant use my applications without the
touch panel working. Any suggestions?

you can contact the customer service to change an touch screen.
