PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hello everybody
A week ago i purchased Pumpkin head unit SKU: CN10-02308B .
I have a problem with the head unit.
Although almost everything works as expected there are some problems.
The bigest problem is with SYGIC navigation.
I instaled Sygic navigation and the voice instructions are not outputed to the speakers.
I can hear all the beeps caused by warnings of speed limits and sharp curves etc. but absoluetly no voice guidence.
I can make a video later today.

The second problem (minor) is that the rear camera doesn't work.
When triggered the screen shows no video signal.
I think the problem is in poorly manufactured connector that connects directly to the camera.
If i move the connector the video shows at the screen. I can make a video of this issue also.

for the Sygic issue, first you can set the Sygic app as your default navi app .And then you can try to set in the Sygic app settings.

For the rear cam issue,you can contact the customer service to send you the reverse cam RCA cable .

The problem with Sygic was the missing Google TTS Engine. Now it works perfect.
