Touchscreen

Hi

Had to do a factory reset and even though most of the stereo is working as normal the touchscreen doesn't seem calibrated at it's edges. I can use 80% of the screen but symbols like the home button on the screen won't recognise I have touched it and when the keyboard shows if you touch the space bar then it thinks you are touching the letters above which also means I cannot touch the button to change from letters to numbers even to put my password into set up wifi. Please help.

Spoke to yourselves earlier this year and was told I could order a replacement touch screen for my stereo Android DAB stereo as per attachments. Can I order one please and what info do you require from me to do this.

please directly contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to change the touch screen.You can just attach your first photo and tell them your unit model is 11-C0363 .
